Root canal

Hi I'm Darling "Shear" Squire local Chicago Dancer/Choreographer. I have to get a root canal after a few years of have a cavity that has gone down into the nerve.

I'm planning to go into surgery next week at the Wicker Park Dental Group so I can get this taken care of after 3 years of putting it of, it has to be done.

If you can help or know of who can help I appreciate it.
