In Remembrance of Doug Montoya

On October 7, 2017, my brother Douglas Brian Montoya unexpectedly passed away in his sleep. Doug was a hard-working, loving father with the biggest heart imaginable. He has helped me through so much, and no words can describe the amount of gratitude and love I hold in my heart for him. He was the type of man who put his family first and we will feel his loss immensely. He leaves behind a smart and beautiful daughter who was a Daddy’s girl, through and through. He enjoyed spoiling his little girl, and their trip to Disneyworld was a highlight for both of them. The loss of Doug has left a hole in our family, and no amount of money or condolences will ease us through this trying time, but we would like to be able to alleviate the necessary costs of the funeral, the memorial, and provide for the continued well-being of his daughter. He will not be able to be here physically to care for her anymore, so we will do anything we can to do that in his stead.
