Ironman
Donation protected
This summer, my host dad Francesco from my abroad experience in Florence passed away. I wanted to honor his legacy by attempting the ultimate challenge: a full Ironman consisting of a 2.4-mile swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2-mile run.
I've done no train marathons in the past, and I realize this is a bit of a different beast. That said, the race is in exactly one month (September 16) just outside Tuscany and it's time to get to work!
Your support would be greatly appreciated and will be donated to my non-profit, The Farmlink Project, in his name and La Misericordia, the oldest ambulance in the world where Francesco and I volunteered while studying in Italy.
I've put links to both organizations below if you would like to learn more about them!

La Misericordia: https://www.misericordia.firenze.it/
Thank you so much for any support that you can provide and I hope to provide some entertainment in return – I'll do my best to live stream the race... which takes hopefully less than the full 17 hours.
