This is Mateo. Mateo is one of the friendliest, most lovable dogs you will ever come across. Despite his tough exterior he's the biggest sweetheart. This sweet boy needs help desperately. Mateo needs an emergency surgical procedure to help with an intestinal blockage. This procedure will save his life. His life is literally hanging in the balance. His only chance of survival is surgery. He is currently in a lot of pain and unable to keep food and water down. He is rapidly declining, but not all hope is lost.
