Dawn Durkins Recovery Fund

Dawn Durkin suffered two major heart attacks one week ago. She is currently fighting for her life at Presbyterian Hospital. We are hopeful for her recovery, but the doctors have told us that it could take months.

Dawn has been actively involved in Albuquerque's community theaters for more then a decade. Dawn's passion to sing has drawn her back to the stage for several accomplished performances. Dawn's Theater Family has always been there for her - she loves them all dearly.

 "Bella Dawn" is Dawn's band. She plays all over the city and has a great group of followers who love to hear her sing and danced acne the night away. Music is her life.

Dawn has also been the caregiver to her Mama and brother for the past 6 years.  Without Dawn's income for being Nathan's caregiver the Durkin household's future is uncertain. 

Please, those of you who care so much for Dawn, I am asking you as Dawn's sister, help us in this critical situation. The funds colected will help pay the mortgage and help Dawn keep her home, the home she has made for my mama and Nathan. We love you Dawn!!! Please heal and get back on the stage!

Dawn is stil in critical condition and only family may visit at this time. I will let you all know when you can go give her a big hug.
