I am reaching out to you all in efforts to raise fund for my beloved brother Benson Kimani medical fundraiser. He has been hospitalized for over a month now in South Africa . We are need of financial support. Currently he needs higher level of care requiring moving him to a different hospital to Johannesburg. He needs surgery immediately and he has been in a comma for over three weeks. His increased length of stay in the ICU has taken a huge toll of us emotionally, financially and mentally.
