Help Save My Mom's Home from Foreclosure

I’m Erica. This fundraiser is to help save my mom’s home from foreclosure. I’m trying to raise the funds before July 1st, 2025. My mom passed away in September 2024. Before getting diagnosed with dementia. Her dementia led her to make poor decisions financially and she fell behind. I did not know that she was behind until she was unable to care for herself and I became her caregiver. We never had a chance to fully catch up because I needed to spend close to $450 a month on her prescription medication and other resources she needed while she was terminally ill and on hospice and her lack of being qualified for assistance programs. Because of that, we had to pay for everything out of pocket. Her income stopped after she passed away so financial, I have been working hard to get current on bills and final expenses for my mom with just my income. I have been doing everything myself. I now live in the home and if I lose it, I will have no place to go. I’m asking for assistance to help me achieve some financial relief and room to breathe in order to have a fresh start and stay current going forward. My mom made me promise to keep her home and I’m doing my best to honor that but so many unfortunate events happened in the last few months making it impossible to keep up. I did apply for assistance and was approved by her mortgage company but they are requiring a down payment on $500. I am a little scared because I could end up being homeless and losing the house and the land it’s on. I recently almost lost my vehicle via repossession and I fell behind to get that current in order to keep my vehicle for work. Any amount of donation from you would help reach my goal and would be greatly appreciated more than you know. I hate that I am unable to do this on my own and I was very skeptical of making this but it’s to where I just have no other options than to ask for help. My relatives won’t help so I’m left asking for help from anyone who has the will to do so. Thank you once again for taking time to read this fundraiser.
