Hey! I know you all know me as Jo or Jourdan but I’d like to reintroduce myself officially for the first time. My name is Jewel and I’m a trans femme non-binary person. My pronouns are they/them! I am requiring that I be called Jo or Jewel from now on and she/her pronouns be eliminated from your vocabulary in regards to me.

I’m creating this go fund me with the hopes that my community will support me spiritually, mentally emotionally and if you have the means financially through a huge change in my life.

I’ve decided to kick off pride month right this year by celebrating my body in a way I’ve dreamed about since I knew that it was possible. I’m doing to be having Top Surgery! On June first I’ll be heading to Align Surgical to have a double mastectomy to make my chest flat. This is called Gender Affirmation Surgery.

In addition to the copay from my insurance , I have labs and medical bills and name change fees to pay for as well as rent, and other household bills.

Im asking my friends family and community to support me through this change by sharing when possible and donating when you can.

Please know I’m still the person that you all know and love. Following through with this procedure will help me become someone I can truly love too.
