Hi I am Evan Seplow asking for help for my long time sous chef, friend and fellow Deadhead James Tucker.

Due to an infection in his foot he recently had to have part of his foot amputated.

James is uninsured and will require a professional prosthetic and fitting along with the growing medical bills. He will also be out of work for an unknown amount of time.
