Hi, my name is Lisa and I'm fundraising for myself. I have only 1 day left before I am homeless and everything I own is out in the street.

The money I'm raising is for gas and tolls for a large truck and trailer

from South Carolina to Maine. I'm just hoping it will be enough.

I've spent the last few years living with and caring for my mom. She has very little mobility and a lot of pain. She also has dementia which is worsening rapidly. Her brother has recently become her financial conservator and has deemed it necessary she sell her home. I have been unable to work outside of caring for my mother due to her dementia and therefore only make about $400 a month which I use to maintain my own personal needs along with those of my cat and dog. Despite this my uncle has decided to give me only a 30 day notice to vacate the home. Then he will put me out. My mom has no control over this. I need to raise this money quickly for the gas and tolls it will cost in a large pick up truck and trailer to move myself, my cat and dog and my things to Maine where my son has a rental property he owns where we can live. Then I get to be back where I want to be which is with him and his family which includes my 3 beautiful granddaughters! I'd hoped to have more time to get myself organized and more money saved before making this move. This has caused an untold amount of stress and anxiety. I'm getting very little sleep as I try to pack everything and navigate my way doing everything I can to prepare by myself. My stomach is in knots 24/7.
