help 4 kids and mom stay afloat

I am a single mom of four beautiful children who have many medical , mental health, as well as developmental needs. Some of these needs are related to autism for three of the children, epilepsy for two of them, and rheumatoid arthritis as well as many other issues.
as would be obvious the costs for medical bills and medicine, therapy,caregiving help since my son is a flight risk and has no danger awareness and we have woken up with house full of smoke. In addition special food diets due to extreme allergies that affect the brain,gut,joints and skin have gotten beyond my capacity to pay. This has left me unable to keep up with regular bills as well like electric, phone,and gas which have been threatened to be turned off. I was working for an agency working with special needs kids but they do not have cases for me at this time so i havent had income coming in and am struggling to keep a roof over their head (we rent) for consistency as change is hard for them And most people wont rent to single mom with 4 kids especially with special needs.
i am not one to usually ask for this help in fact usually im the one doing the helping. Also am not one to publicize my problems as for me and my kids i like to keep things private as not to worry or embarrass them but at this time i really need the help . I am fearful everytime doorbell or phone rings.appreciate any help can get thank you and promise to pay it forward.
