This campaign is for a disabled female veteran who has given so much in service to our country but is now facing an overwhelming crisis. After surviving trauma during her military service, she has lived with PTSD and was deemed totally and permanently disabled.

Despite these challenges, she fought to rebuild her life. Unfortunately, her circumstances took a devastating turn. After leaving an unsafe marriage, she was left with significant debt. She later had to resign from a secure federal job because of restrictions tied to her VA disability benefits. When bills began to mount, she had no choice but to give up those benefits and try to return to civilian work.

Now, through no fault of her own, she has fallen $7,000 behind on rent and is facing imminent eviction. Without help, she risks losing the stability and safety she has worked so hard to maintain.

Every donation from this fundraiser will go directly toward rent and essential living expenses to prevent eviction and provide breathing room during this incredibly difficult time.
