Hi my name is Daisy,

this is Darcy my miniature Dachshund who is 5 years old. I bought her as a 21st birthday present for myself when going through a rough patch of depression/anxiety. She helped get me out the house and do little tasks which have made me confident today!

Unfortunately this morning her back legs went and we are suspecting IVDD. This affects 1 in 4 dachshunds and I never expected her to be the 1.

I am heartbroken as I write this post on my way to a referral centre.

She is insured but stupidly for not enough money! I am so so stupid. I know.

Dick white Referals have quoted £8,500 for consult/scans and possible surgery.

Please help me, if it’s £1 or even a share, please help Darcy ❤️
