Hello friends, my name is pastor Ray, and I'm excited to announce our goal to expand our church's mission and commitment of becoming a beacon of hope in Warwick, RI, and beyond. Iglesia de Cristo Casa Sobre la Roca (English: Church of Christ House on the Rock) is first and foremost a faith community that has been established to heal and restore individuals and families through faith in the word of truth. We provide several key services to our neighbors and families within our community, such as spiritual meetings and support, both in Spanish and English languages, and once a week we distribute food donations to over 50 families in our Warwick community. We also engage in local and international missions to help communities and families by providing basic necessities, clothing, over-the-counter medicine, children's school supplies, as well as biblical education, spiritual support, and family counseling. Each of these services is tailored to meet the specific needs of the individuals we serve. Unfortunately, we have limited resources and our location to accomplish our mission more efficiently, but prayer is powerful.

We believe God has granted us the opportunity we've been praying and fasting for to fulfill our mission through our brothers and sisters at the Diocese of Providence. Recently we have entered into initial conversation about the purchase and sale of the St. Benedict's Campus (church and school buildings). Our plans for the properties: Keep the St. Benedict Church building a place of Christian worship and spiritual revival for the community by offering bilingual meetings. Repurpose portions of the school building for community programs such as Adult Day-care for the elderly, re-opening the Food Pantry, creating space for other recovery and prevention programs to meet (i.e. - AA meetings, Youth Behavioral Health, Driver Education and Evaluation Program for DUI, etc.), reviving education in the building by creating a Christian Academy School for primary education, and Bible Education Institute evening program for adults.
