My uncle Norbert went missing Thursday evening. On Saturday morning his body was discovered on the land where he works as a rancher. We still don't have all the details surrounding his death but my family is trying to make funeral arrangements. Born February 3, 1972 Norbert is the youngest of 11 children born to Manuel and Margarida Tavares He was the only one of the children born in the US. Norbert used to love to tell story's and he had a wild imagine. His free spirited nature and kindness towards animals and people will be missed. Norbert had no life insurance. My aunt Margarita bought a plot next to her sons and has graciously given the plot for my Uncle to be buried. We are trying to raise the remaining funds to lay him to rest near his father and nephew.
