Team Cindy Beat Leukemia Fundraiser

Welcome to the CaringBridge website for Cindy Rash. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. My name is Laura Smith. Cindy and I are both jewelers for Premier Designs Jewelry.  Cindy has been tentatively diagnosed with AML Leukemia.  Her blood counts (white, red & platelets) are dangerously low.  She is in a germ free environmental wing at UT Southwestern in Dallas.  She has zero immunity and low blood oxygen that is causing severe chest pains.  She will remain there for arsenic chemotherapy for approximately 4 weeks or until blood levels are normal. Because Cindy is in a germ free environment she can only have 2 to 4 visitors per week.
