Help Nicole beat breast cancer.

Hi, my name is Mark Risser, and I’m fundraising for Nicole Shorey, and her family. I know Nicole, and her story through a person that has meant a lot to me, and my successes Coach Jay Shorey. Jay is the definition of a family man, and a person that would do anything for his family. Unfortunately, Nicole has stage four breast cancer, and what Nicole and Jay’s family need from him is to be by Nicole’s side, but this is requiring Jay to miss a lot of work, and unpaid time. In 2015 Nicole was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. After many surgeries and chemo therapy Nicole was cancer free. Remission only lasted until April of 2017 when severe back pain showed a fracture in her spine caused by her breast cancer coming back and spreading to her bones. Since 2017 Nicole's cancer has been continuing to spread, but at a slow pace. March of this year Nicole's health drastically declined and cancer has spread to her lungs, bone marrow, and liver. Nicole is currently home bound and on constant oxygen. This has caused Jason to have to miss extensive amounts of work to take Nicole to numerous doctor appts, chemo treatments, blood transfusions, and taking care of their children Adam and Caitlin. The Shorey family has been on the fore front of raising money for breast cancer research and for Families with a parent with a terminal illness over the last 4 years. Let’s all pull together for the Shorey family, so Jay can spend his time with Nicole and family without having to worry about money.
