Support Mary’s Fight Against Cancer

You can't be around Mary without feeling her contagious love of life. Mary makes anyone who she comes in contact with feel happy from her contagious laugh. She's a great Christian, mother, wife, grandmother, daughter, and my best friend. So needless to say, when she was not feeling well and went to the doctor and received news that no one ever wants to hear in December that she has cancer, she, as well as all those who love her, were in shock.

Mary has a long, hard battle ahead of her facing Stage 3 Cervical cancer. She will require 7 grueling weeks of radiation and chemotherapy to win this battle, and she will need all the love, support, and prayers that anyone can offer to her and her family during this difficult time. If you know Mary, then you know she is a strong-willed woman and will take on and beat cancer!

Due to the aggressive treatments that she will undergo, she will be very tired and immunocompromised, so she will not be able to work her full-time job, which she so dearly loves. On days she is feeling well enough, she may be able to work a few hours, but that is not guaranteed. Her husband Ron will be the sole financial provider for the family during this time and her primary caretaker. Ron already works a full-time and part-time job. Anyone that is willing to help them financially through this trying time, it will be much appreciated. There has also been a meal train organized to help with food during her treatment days. If you are able to donate anything to help with bills and medical expenses during her battle, it would mean so very much.
