It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Mike Montgomery. Mike fought a good fight against many battles, most attributed to his sacrifice of service to his country on the front lines in the Gulf War (Desert Storm). In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to offset funeral costs not covered by Veterans Affairs. Mike was a decorated soldier receiving the National Defense Service Medal, Sharpshooter badge and expert badge hand grenade, along with many other achievements. Please keep Mike’s wife, children, and family members in your thoughts and prayers. As he was a hero to our country, he too served as a hero to his family. We appreciate your kindness, prayers, and support during this most difficult time. Thank you for the love the Lebanon community and beyond have given Mike through the years and your continued support.
