I am opening this go fund me due to my unfortunate circumstances of my health declining. I am a 60-year-old woman with debilitating MS. For the past 33 years my now deceased fiancé took care of me. For the past year since his passing my health has dramatically declined. I was near death March 26 of this year and was sent home on hospice. I now need around-the-clock care but do not have the funds to do so. I have a few girls that help me out but they to have family support. I am currently receiving SSI and also a PCA program but they do not cover 24 hours seven days a week care. Therefore I am asking for any donations that anybody can possibly make to ensure that I can stay in my home where I wish to be along side my dog cocoa puff when I pass.
