Surgery and Recovery Support

Hello, my name is Jennifer.

Earlier in the year I was diagnosed with an abdominal tumor, and other health concerns needing surgery.

Unfortunately I have had to postpone this surgery twice this year. I worked an excessive amount of hours trying to save and financially prepare. Within the last few weeks I became seriously ill and had to be hospitalized. I have not been able to work in the last few weeks due to increasing illness. This has caused me to be short on monies needed for responsibilities, treatment and recovery time for the next 8 weeks.

The surgery is scheduled for Friday, November 18th.

I have been reluctant to allow my friends to do a fundraiser for me because of my pride. However, the unforseen has been overwhelming and beyond my control, in spite of everything I did to prepare. This is causing much stress. I do not have short term or long term disability.

I thank you for taking the time to read my story. Although I do not expect, I thoroughly appreciate any and all help I am blessed with.
