Hello Family and Friends!
As most of you know, we lost our son, brother, cousin, and friend Randall Alvarez at the age of 26 on December 4th. At this very difficult time, we also lost Randall’s mother Amy Michelle Gilbert just a week and a half later. We have been overwhelmed with the outpouring of kind words, thoughts, and support many of you have provided, and are eternally grateful. Unfortunately, we were not adequately prepared for the numerous arrangements and expenses that have accompanied Randall’s passing. With Randall having just recently moved back to California, and without medical insurance or pre-determined funeral arrangements, the various costs have been piling up. At this point, we looking at over $10,000 in expenses related to the funeral, mortuary, plot and medical services he received on the night of his passing.
For those of you who have inquired, the initial autopsy report indicates that Randall’s cause of death resulted from complications due to lymphoma.
At this time, it is with reluctance and a heavy heart that we are setting up this Go Fund Me page and asking for your assistance to help out and lend your support in any way you can. We also ask that “share” this page or pass along this information in any way you can.
