Hello, I’m Taylor and my sister Breein, or as many of you know us as Bobbie and Teague’s Daughters. Our mother Bobbie has been a medical mystery, and that mystery just keeps giving. Our mom had a double lung transplant back in 2014 due to Cystic fibrosis. Over this past summer she was diagnosed with stage four kidney failure. Despite it all our mom returned back to work and carried on with life. Yesterday she was admitted to Trinity due to her two month fight with pneumonia. Upon further review doctors suspect possible transplant rejection, she was flighted to Mayo Clinic in Rochester last night. Our mom Bobbie, will be undergoing surgery this afternoon for a biopsy to confirm/deny rejection status. I’ll try to update more as the information comes in.

Update: sorry I’m behind (originally updated on Saturday evening but it didn’t save) Friday our moms surgery went well and they removed roughly a liter of fluid from her lungs. This did help with her breathing and getting her back some mobility. Today the results did show her lungs are rejecting. The Mayo doctors and our mom are going to getting a treatment plan in place. Please keep her and our family in your prayers. Thank you everyone for the donations, sharing, the prayers and words of encouragement! It hasn’t gone unnoticed ❤️
