Help Steve with Medical Bills!

After moving to Pennsylvania, Steve and Ru both began coughing more. They were taken to the vet and prescribed allergy pills, but at this appointment the vet discovered that Steve's teeth were in very bad shape, despite a cleaning and extraction a few years ago. At a second appointment to get this taken care of, the vet found a cardiac abnormality as well as high glucose levels. The surgery was canceled, and Steve was referred to a cardiologist, as well as put on an expensive diet plan. Between the bills already paid and those upcoming, it's gotten very expensive.
