Katherine ("Kate") Freel was killed by her husband on September 6, 2015. Her two young children, aged 4 and 5 months, are in the care of their grandparents. All donations will go directly to Annie Gallagher, Kate's mother, to help defray the costs of funeral/burial expenses and the ongoing care of the children.
