His name is Daniel Richard Hoffman and he’s currently on hospice care in San Diego, California.

My Dad is a retired Korean War Veteran who served in the Navy in Korea from 1950 to 1954.

He was born on September 29, 1929

Since going on hospice care in June 2022 his care costs have tripled and he is unable to pay his escalating bill. 

We are looking for financial assistance to pay his assisted living care bills and funeral service arrangements when he passes away.
