I am a cousin of David McCallum's who was recently diagnosed with ALS. Medical expenses for this disease include large expenses for travel, medical equipment and home renovations to make it more accesible.
The money will go directly to David and his family to ensure he gets the proper care to make his life more comfortable. 
We are having a social on April 2nd 2016 and would love to announce that evening how much we have raised.
Dave has been not like a cousin to me and my little sister as we were growning up but more like an uncle. It would mean the world to me to see some love and support for this wonderful, caring and big hearted guy! He's one of the funniest guys I know!  And boy can he show me up on catching some big walleyes!
