This morning, my friends and I became aware of the heart-wrenching fact that our dear friend, Johnny Boy, is no longer with us. He passed away, and the world lost a brother, athlete, scholar, son, co-worker, and gentleman. As close companions, we are devastated, but our woe is incomparable to the grief the Sanchez family is currently facing. In order to minimize the trauma inflicted by such a profound tragedy, we, John's nearest pals, are establishing this GoFundMe. Funerals typically run $7,000-$10,000. In their time of mourning, John's family does not need to worry about the cost, they need each other for emotional support.
