Hi Everyone,

My name is Makenzi Hill from Huffman, TX . Many of you know a devastating hurricane with record breaking flood waters hit Texas. My family was one of the many that fell victim to Harvey's rath.Gary, Robin, Cody and I lost everything with the 4' of water inside our home and nearly everything with the exception of some chairs and our TVs that were high up on the walls was ruined. We have put in many long manual labor hours just getting everything out of the house and ripping sheetrock and flooring up. Now we are playing to waiting game for FEMA to tell us whether or not we will qualify for assistance. 

I have setup this gofundme in hopes of getting some help in replacing big appliances as well as small necessities that we will need once the house is livable again. We greatly appreciate any and everything that anyone has already done or can do for us. It's going to take time to get back to where we were before but we are all very bound and determined. If you have anything you can donate we would like to thank you in advance! 

We appreciate any and all help in restoring our home.
