Prayers for Cindy

As some of you may know, my mom, Cindy Johnson was diagnosed with breast cancer about a month back. She’s a woman of love, kindness and a personality of the glass half full.  Always there to meet everyone with a smile. 

She believes that God doesn’t present hurdles in your life for you not to over come and so with that attitude she charges into battle to beat this thing called cancer.

 
Today she went head on into that fight, under going a double mastectomy. She is out of surgery, and resting. The doctors said she was a champ and everything went well, however she isn’t out of the woods just yet.


There are plenty of more tests, and check ups in her future, along with recovery not only physically but mentally as well. We hope there are no more surgeries, or aggressive treatments needed but we won’t know for a couple more days.

 
All these things begin to rack up nice bill, along with Cindy and my dad, Mike missing time away from work. So as you can image money will be tight through the Christmas season and into the New Year for them. If you feel moved to donate anything at all, I thank you on behalf of my family. It'll be put towards off setting the  insurance deductable and other medical bills. Beyond that your continued prayers for her full recovery is all that I can ask!
