Hello, my name is Coreena. I know this may be a long shot, but I am making this go fund me in hopes of helping my mother and stepfather’s 5 year old cane corso, Remington. Yesterday evening Remington lost the ability to use his back legs. After an emergency trip to the vet in Appleton, we found out the likely cause may be a spinal stroke or intervertebral disc disease. He has been referred to a veterinarian in Milwaukee for an MRI which was estimated to be $5,500, with surgery to follow estimated at $7,000. My heart is breaking for my family. They will do anything for their boy. A lot of people have watched Remington grow up through pictures on Facebook, let’s keep him around and healthy! This was so unexpected, and as of now he is paralyzed in the back. I can’t even imagine how my mom and Tommy are feeling. Poor Rem is such a good boy! Anything will help and be greatly appreciated.
