Hi Family and Friends,

I am excited to graduate this Sunday!!

My plan is to go back to school for a post-baccalaureate program to take prerequisite courses for medical school and pursue opportunities to learn more about the medical field and get connected to my passion; which is giving back. I’m deeply passionate about the disparities in women’s reproductive health, especially for minorities, who die from pregnancy-related causes at significantly higher rates than white women. And just how race plays a part in reproductive health outcomes. Becoming an OB-GYN has been a dream of mine and I want to be the doctor that women deserve, despite their race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.

I am excited to graduate, Cum Laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University this Sunday!
