As most of you know,  just over 1 year ago my life changed while surfing at First Point in Noosa.
A beginner surfer lost control of his board and it hit me pretty hard in my face. It shattered the bridge of my nose, fractured both cheek bones, cut my eye. I almost lost my right eye, but the amazing Doctors at the RBWH worked their magic and managed to save it. I've had a bunch of operations to piece me back together, now  there's just one more to go!
I'm hoping to raise $7000 so those same Doctors can put a new lens and iris back in my eye. My vision will never be the same, but it will be a dramatic improvement to what I have now.
