Shays fund

Our handsome son shay of 4 was diagnosed with embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma cancer on his right side of face two days before Christmas 2015,shay has 3 sisters and one brother and it was such a heartbreaking time for all of us and still is, He has had 3 lots of chemo at marsdens he has a Hickman line in his chest he has had 5 different lots of operations, he had a Mir scan and they have found that the cancer is spreading round his right eye socket and nose and is growing towards his brain so they have said he needs to go America to have proton beam therapy for 9 weeks because they cannot operate and this is his best chance He gotta have a 4th lot of chemo some radiotherapy,another Mir,eye test and hearing test before he goes. So much for a little 4 year old, he is such a happy little boy and full of energy but now and again he gets so tired, he loves Spider-Man and playing with his sisters,we take him to nursery a couple times a week because don't want him to lose out but risk of infection is stopping him going all time plus he tires out to quick,his dad is going to go with him to America because then Nhs is funding his flights and treatment but we r not sure if they will support all the family so dad is just going but I'm trying to raise funds for their everyday living out there as we have not got the spending money ourselves , we r all trying so hard to be strong for our little man and it hurts so much.we have a lot of support from marsdens which is a lovely hospital and clic Sargents.thank u so much for reading X
