Cathy Hayes-Diaz Memorial Fund

On behalf of the Hayes family, I am creating this page to help a great friend and former teammate while she is coping with the sudden loss of her mother and "ray of sunshine", Cathy Hayes. On Aug. 30, 2017, Cathy Hayes passed away suddenly due to an illness. Jade was attending University of Tampa and studying to become an athletic trainer. She returned home to be by her mother's side during this difficult time. While she is home making arrangements to celebrate the beautiful life of her wonderful mother, I would ask you show your love and support to the family with a donation.
