Hi. my name is Stacey! I’m starting this Go Fund Me for my 1 year old kitty, Nala!

We adopted her towards the end of 2023 from a cat cafe with her foster buddy, Ash! She’s been perfectly healthy until recently. It started with what we thought was her having the runs and ended up being major constipation. She needed an enema and her vet immediately suggested overhauling her diet.

After starting lactulose, Nala did use the bathroom for a few days but after medication finished, she went right back to having a hard time going again. It has been very expensive between x-rays, medication, and multiple procedures.

It’s been a stressful rollercoaster of emotions trying to figure out what is causing this. Nala has had 3 sedated enemas over the past week and they haven’t worked for her. At this point, her vet has suggested that she gets manually deobstipated in order to save her life.
