Fighting for her life again

Hello there I am Suzanne's sister. The pictures you see are only that smallest snapshot of what can only be described as a very traumatic and torturous 16 years of health struggles for my sister.

Today is 16 years since her bone marrow transplant for Fanconi Anemia a very rare disorder. Now at the age of 30 my sister has another major battle on her hands.

She has now been diagnosed with throat and lymph node cancer, her throat is less than half the size it is supposed to be so she can no longer eat solid food, meaning she is down to 40kg which is rapidly going down. She also has multiple rib fractures from excessive coughing and fluid in her lungs, and she now needs to start chemo and radiation in the coming weeks.

I can't explain how difficult it is to watch someone you love so dearly never have a fair chance at life, I don't know what else I can do to help but if I can ease the stress of this battle a little bit by covering costs and helping my parents to take care of my sister then I need to try.

If you feel you would like to give something, every little bit counts and know it would make a big difference in my sister's life, that I am sure if you got the chance to meet my sister you would agree she is truly one of a kind.
