Hi, my name is Monica and I am raising money for my dads medical bills. My dad has been a hardworking man all of his life and enjoys providing for his huge family. In resent years he has began providing for his mother-in-law who has late stage Alzheimer’s. Since Marty’s wife stays home to care for his mother-in-law he is now their only income. While trying to provide for his wife, teenager, mother-in-law, and still help his 3 grown children he recently was diagnosed with stage 3 prostate cancer. He has been informed that they will not be able to remove the prostate because it is inoperable and will cause more spreading. Marty has started some medication treatments along with radiation. Marty is becoming more tired by the day. He drives to radiation 5 days a week which is at least a hour and 20 minute drive there and a hour and 20 minute drive back. Some days after radiation Marty is still trying to go to work but with his growing fatigue he is finding it difficult. Raising money for him is very important to me and my siblings to help relieve some of the stress of these extra bills that we are unable to help provide for him.
