Dvorak Family help

Wishing you all health and happiness.  At this time our family has been struck by tragedy.  Frank Dvorak our family’s foundation, has suffered an unexpected collapse due to a sudden heart failure.  The amazing emergency responders were able to revive him but his brain was without oxygen too long and he has not regained consciousness over the last several days.  Currently Frank is on a ventilator fighting for his life.  His kidneys are not functioning properly and may  require dialysis.  The fall broke a vertebrae in his neck that will require surgery, along with broken ribs, sinuses and facial bones.  Frank has a long road back to us but we pray that he will make it through this dreadful crisis.  Frank is a wonderful man who has always gone out of his way to help others and worked hard to provide for his family.  The Flight For Life transport, long intense hospital care and medical bills are already overwhelming as Frank has been the family’s supporter.  We have set up this Go Fund Me page to help pay for Frank’s medical care and expenses.  We now realize what a gift health is and we are asking for your support and prayers.  Thank you so much for your prayers, kindness and generosity.
