David's Dental Dilemma

TL;DR I need multiple root canals as soon as possible so I can get out of pain and back to work, put food on the table etc... and I can't afford those root canals. help plz.
Dear friends, family, kind strangers, and enemies who would prefer to face me at full strength,
After a long 2020 doing 2020 things like losing my job (aviation industry) moving my whole family across the country to Arkansas for a better (and cheaper) life, sending hundreds of job applications directly into someone's trash folder and blowing through first savings, then credit, I found myself unable to sleep last Thursday. Weirdly this wasn't from your usual deep, existential dread but instead just regular ol' screaming agony.
Though I knew I needed a dentist I had no choice but to go to the ER given dentists aren't covered by my insurance and I value my rest. They gave me antibiotics as well as an anti-inflammatory and sent me on my way.
So anyway I went to the dentist. It turns out I desperately need two (2) root canals from an endodontist. Less desperate is my need for several more crowns and really about $14,000 worth of work.
I am currently working for UPS as a seasonal driver until January 15th when, unless people stop deleting those applications, I will go right back to being unemployed. The pay is great as long as I put in hours. Even enough to JUST get by! When I miss days for things like sleeplessness and the kind of pain that has me constantly washing ice water over and through my teeth (I'm so hydrated mom) just to stop from shouting in anguish I can't put in enough hours to get by.
Given I have exhausted other means I am here to humbly ask for help from you, dear friends. I know it's a hard time for just about everyone but I need to get back to work as soon as possible just to keep the lights on and the rent paid and the kid fed. I can sometimes manage the pain enough to do some work but it's really, really agonizing when I can't. Worst of all I am unable to give my partner Katie and my daughter Lumina enough time during the day due to the constant pain and stress.
Please give what you can. Anything helps. Oh except unsolicited financial, employment or medical advice. I appreciate the good intentions but I'm well aware what I'm going through.
