Don't Furry, Be Happy Animal Rescue

Hi everyone!

My name is Dr. Donia Heider, and I am the founder of Don't Furry, Be Happy Animal Rescue - a federally registered non-profit organization based in Newmarket, Ontario in Canada.

We find safe and loving long-term homes for abused, neglected, abandoned and/or homeless animals both domestically and internationally. In just over a year of operating, we have successfully rescued nearly 400 animals, with help from our extensive network of foster homes and, of course, the incredible adopters who open their hearts to these sweet, innocent animals.

We take the health of our animals very seriously, and as such, we are inundated with vet bills.

We are seeking to raise money to help us with the following:

-Vet bills. (Currently at $5000+) 

-Food and litter for foster animals

-Supplies: e.g. collars, leashes, litter boxes, etc. for our foster animals

-Emergency funds for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., if an animal requires expensive emergency treatment)

Any donation, regardless of how small, would help us to continue our goal of rescuing and saving as many vulnerable animals as possible.
