We all know Marlon Smith as a devoted coach, trainer, and friend.
Marlon, with his vast knowledge and love of the game of basketball, and soft spoken nature has been mentoring basketball students for years throughout the tri-state area. Marlons's friends and anyone who has had the luck of working out, training or being coached by Marlon all share the same sentiments about Marlon… Marlon is a kind, sincere person who is always willing to give his time unselfishly to help others.
And now it's our turn to help Marlon.
On March 5, 2016 Marlon experienced a devastating loss with the sudden passing of his beloved mother, Patricia Angela Smith who was only 58 years young. Marlon's family looks to him as the key caregiver and the expenses of the funeral are astronomical. People from all over have asked what they can do to help Marlon in this unfortunate situation - so this page was created as a gesture to show him that we are here for him just how he is here for us. Anything you can donate to help with the cost of laying Marlon's mother to rest will be greatly appreciated by the entire family.
