Greetings to everyone!! My name is Diane Adriano and I am requesting help to raise funds for my dad, Noel H. Adriano. In 2018 he was diagnosed with Nasopharyngeal carcinoma stage 2, aggressive type and underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment. After his treatment for 6 months, he showed improvement with almost no cancer related symptoms which lasted for almost 3 years. However, on September 2021, he was diagnosed with stage 3 nasopharyngeal cancer. His medical condition and  health status is deteriorating. Currently, He is admitted in UST Hospital due to a recent fall at home which was due to his balance problem and unsteadiness during walking. His latest MRI of the head showed metastasis on his brainstem. My request for help is aimed at raising funds for his ongoing medical treatment and hospital stay.
