Dear Hillcrest Members and Friends,

We are starting this fund for our long-time employee, Joey Decker – Clubhouse Manager. Joey has been a faithful, hardworking team member at Hillcrest for eleven years, the last three of which have been very trying for him physically, emotionally, and financially. Joey’s wife, Kathy, has been fighting with a unique issue related to her esophagus and has undergone multiple procedures which have been unsuccessful in fixing the problem. She is now faced with a serious surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix.

Joey has incurred significant financial debt through deductibles and travel, along with expenses associated with the loss of Kathy’s Dad and the care of her Mother. Joey himself has been fighting through pain and issues with his feet and knees but has maintained a positive attitude while still doing everything asked of him. Joey has used his vacation and PTO time in dealing with these circumstances and as such, our Board of Directors has unanimously supported this effort to raise money to help offset the expenses. Joey has not asked for any help, but we know this will mean the world to him and his family! We thank you in advance for your kind generosity of our valued team member!
