Save Our Family Home: Urgent Help Needed

Good day and happiest of holidays to you all. It is with a very heavy heart and much humility that I hold down and reach out to see if people can help me in a time of despair.

My SSDI does not cover what is needed. I don’t want anyone to think that this is a cry out to make myself or my family’s lives easier. This is out of despair that I ask for help. As of December 1, we received a notice that unless we pay the full amount of $4000 to the back mortgage of the house, it will be foreclosed on December 31.

We also received a notice from the electric company that the lights will be shut off at the end of the month because of a past due balance of $699. Those things being bad enough, there’s also the fact that I was recently in an accident with my fiancé’s vehicle, which left it totaled with a remaining balance on it. I am not able to use my pickup truck because it was recently scratched up, and both tires were slashed on the driver side.

I understand that people all have struggles, but I am looking out for a helping heart with my struggles to save our family home and to make sure that the lights stay on. Getting fuel to keep the house warm is more than my SSDI can afford. If you are able to lend a hand, anything will help.
