Hello Friends and Family,
This Spring Break (March 5-13th) I plan to embark on a journey to Peru in hopes to make a difference in the lives of the children in this city through MED-LIFE (an organization which serves poor communities working to improve their access to MEDs: Medicine, Education and community Development). This organization's mission is to help families achieve greater freedom from the constraints of poverty, empowering them to live healthier lives.
During this week, I plan to do many things from assisting the doctors in the clincs to building sanitary classrooms and bathrooms for the children. But most importantly, giving back to those in this world who are less fortunate than us. In order to accomplish this, I will need help with some of the financial costs of this trip. The cost of this trip will be roughly $2,000, which will go towards the expenses of transportation, boarding and buying supplies/materials for the children. Your love and support would greatly be appreciated as I am trying to make this trip possible. Every penny counts towards my fundraiser for this trip!
