A few days before christmas my family's home went up in flames. We awoke at 2:30 in the morning to smoke, we grabbed our children and ran for our lives. My family who lives in the home and family that were visiting got out of the house in time. Unfortunately we lost all of our beloved pets, and my husband suffered burns trying to save our animals. He is currently at UNMH being treated for his injuries. We are greatful to be alive but we lost everything that we owned and accumulated throughout our whole lives. We now have no home and are displaced for the moment. We would use the money to get us our immediate needs for our children and ourselves and to put toward searching for a new home for us to rent. Any donation is very appreciated. This is going be a very tough christmas and tough time heading into the new year. Anything helps merry Christmas.
