Emergency Tooth Extraction & Smile Makeover

Donation protected

Hello friends, family, and strangers! If you are new to my dental journey, it has been a long and bumpy ride. In my youth, I was quite sickly and had a lot of damage done to my teeth then. After many years of sealants, treatments, and daily fluoride applications at home, my teeth continued to break and crack. Some adult teeth came in underdeveloped as well. As you can imagine, this was very difficult for a teenager and young adult. I have not had a smile worthy of showing for about 20 years, but it is something I dream about often. Over the years, I have had teeth extracted or surgically removed a few at a time to help spread out the overall cost. At times, even the few hundred dollars to have them removed has been a burden, let alone having to pay thousands upfront to have the dental work I need completed. My dental issues have brought on other financial problems over time as well. The newest being getting chest X-rays to make sure I haven’t aspirated after having choked on food. I’ve changed my diet significantly in order to be safe with what I eat. As bad as my teeth look, I generally don’t have too much pain. When I do though, it is nerve pain and radiates terribly. I need to have a few extracted ASAP due to intense pain I’ve had recently but I’m also running out of teeth to chew with.

After many consultations, imaging, treatment plans, and lots of price hunting, I have come across an opportunity to have all extractions removed and snap-on implants placed for $20,000. That is still such a large amount of money, but other than traveling outside the country, I haven’t had a lot of luck finding better pricing. Advertising may say one thing, but after visiting the office and calculating in the extractions and dentures, it is thousands more. This $20,000 is everything included that I could possibly need for both top and bottom rows of teeth.
Update: Implants are the best option for me due to previous surgeries that left permanent damage. The chances of getting to have implant posts added later are quite slim.

I cannot express how much this change would impact my life. I am beyond grateful for any help that is given to help me with this journey!
Eternally grateful,
Amber
