At the heart of the program are the Four Pillars of Peace—Kindness, Compassion, Tolerance, and Respect. Students learn to recognize these qualities in themselves and to practice them with their peers, creating safer, more supportive school communities while building the character that underpins lifelong achievement.

During the show, young people also confront a life-changing truth: they are uniquely valuable. They identify their top five dreams and aspirations and begin charting a true north for the legacy they will leave. The experience is short, energetic, and designed for maximum impact in a single class period.
