Johnny’s Road To Recovery
Donation protected
Aloha family and friends,
We hope that this message finds you all well. Today I write to ask your support for Johnathan "Johnny " Aea. To share his story of faith, hope, courage and strength.
Johnny is just a few months away from turning 40 years old. A loving husband and father of two beautiful children. He has always been a pilar of strength to those around him. His infectious smile, compassionate heart and hardworking ethics have touched the lives of so many around him.
In March of 2020, Johnny was diagnosed with CHF and Renal (Kidney) failure after a trip to the ER. His journey began with dialysis 3 day a week, along with working a fulltime job and attending his children sports. He never let this stop him from enjoying life with his family.
Last May, He got the call that he had been waiting for. A new kidney. The next day Johnny had the kidney transplanted in hopes that he would be able to live a better healthier life but instead it became his biggest nightmare.
Two months after transplant, Johnathan was rushed to the ER due to his body started to reject the transplanted kidney. After numerous hospitals stays, surgeries, procedure and hardcore medications. His doctors decided it is best to remove the transplanted kidney and resume dialysis until he recovers and healthy enough for another transplant.
Today, Johnny is currently in surgery to remove transplanted kidney and our family will be embarking on a journey of uncertainty and challenges. His journey to recovery will not be easy.
Your generous donations will provide much needed assistance with medical expenses that are not covered by insurance, medications, transportation and life expenses. If you are unable to donate, we would appreciate prayers for Johnny and for you to share of his GoFundMe.
